Hello,
For 27 years, I have maintained a successful architectural firm in Morristown. A few years ago, I had a staff of 5, but, like many, I’ve been working alone for the past two years. This has sharpened my professional and technical skills and I’ve had to multi-task many projects at varying phases. Most of my work is done with DataCad
· Well over a thousand wood frame custom single family
· Renovations for thousands of apartments in multi-family residential
· Light commercial “fit ups” for medical and dental offices
· Retail stores and restaurants
· Church and Funeral Home additions and alterations
· ADA upgrades, Remediation for Code Violations
· Solar PV and other sustainable systems.
As the spring building season approaches, - if business picks up, I suspect firms that have downsized may not be able to hire back staff. I wanted to advise you of my availability for freelance sub-contracting of individual projects or possibly full time employment in the greater Morris County area. In addition to undertaking entire projects, I am available to assist with IRC, IBC and NJ Rehab code compliance, design, CDs, structural calculations, Contract Administration, and other "a-la-carte" services needed to complete your projects. I am also experienced and successful in preparing Variance applications and Site Plans for Municipal Boards and can testify in the capacity of an architect as well as Professional Planner.
I am Registered as a Licensed Architect in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Florida and as a Professional Planner in New Jersey. I have lowered my overhead and can work at reasonable rates with fast turnaround.
